Pros
-great benefits (401k, profit sharing, sick days, vacation days)
-privately owned company: no corporate vibe here
-decent pay for level of skilled work
-exciting industry: backstage access to govt. agencies, NBA & MLB teams, celebrities, and musician's travel
-exciting work: you're fueling private jets, moving them, etc.
-flexible schedules: can switch days with other line techs, pick up extra days, company works with school and/or other job schedules
-understanding & down to earth middle management
Cons
-no career growth (for line technicians anyway)
-privately owned company: one person decision maker / company affected drastically by economy
-no respect for line service from Sr. Management
-training deteriorated while I was there
-pay freeze for roughly 2-3 years (during GM bailout and rising fuel costs)
