      Support several sectors, e.g. Food, Pharma, Industrial, etc.

      Cons

      Cannot be competitive. Some times they win work; others not so. Issues of territory/client split between Kajima/KBD/Austin Co./Batson-Cook can be an issue.

      Great opportunity to make some contributions and implement improvements. Collaborating with the subsidiary HRBPs and vendor management was a highlight of the role.

      There were no cons. You have to be familiar with International companies and change management.
