      Pros

      Small group, great location. If you want to perform mediocre work, get a lot of OT and do not wish to grow in the company, this is the great company to work for

      Cons

      Management is unprofessional and encourages gossip, not diverse, language barriers interfere with accomplishing tasks, growth is encouraged by certain individuals in management but halted by other managers with insecurities, hard work isn't awarded, intelligence causes mgmt to feel threatened, and mgmt laughs about employees' bad performance with others rather than addressing and rectifying the issue with said employee

      Pros

      Great opportunity to make some contributions and implement improvements. Collaborating with the subsidiary HRBPs and vendor management was a highlight of the role.

      There were no cons. You have to be familiar with International companies and change management.
