      -Job security -Great learning environment -Supportive colleagues -Visionary management -Market competitive salary -Exposure of working on projects for multi national companies. They even outsource their employees in GCC countries. So it's a great learning experience. TA/DA is paid additionally.

      Cons

      -Sometimes salaries are delayed. -Late sitting but compensated with leaves, late coming. Also dinner is from company side.

      Bad salary High micromanagement No seniors to take ownership of the tasks and the juniors have to look after everything Some company profiles are there but that person left so they are run by someone on team.. like HR Leadership is manipulative so the culture follows
