      There is no pros. If you don't find any job then only join this this company as last option. Experienced guys strictly don't apply in this organization.

      Cons

      Worst,pathetic management!! Project managers really dont know how to handle project.Freshers need to work like slaves.Even working in weekend(including Sunday), managers point towards your poor performance.Orgnization has lots of upcoming projects & same time they are loosing projects because lack of management.

      Pros

      The Sky is the limit with Kale.i love the energy of the firm and the many forms to grow as a professional. Awesome Environment. Good work.Job seems to reliable and secure

      Cons

      Compensation is a bit less.Unpredictable work schedule makes it difficult to achieve work/ Life balances.

      Pros

      depends on your manager, I had an understanding manager and senior so I had a good work-life balance but for that, I also needed to be firm in my boundaries.

      Cons

      being able to work in agile environment also means being able to change your focus of task halfway through for more urgent projects, this poor planning caused a lot of issues.
