Dear Current Employee, we do take every feedback seriously and this one definitely has a lot in it.
Firstly, thanks for recognizing us as an Excellent organization for fresh talent. We have noticed that a lot of companies want to hire our people because they are groomed to handle so many things at the same time, that they are a lot more valuable than general folks in even large companies.
Secondly, about your manager who seemed rigid, well if only we get to know who is the person can we give feedback to him/her. We do realize that people-related issues should be handled with sensitivity.
Talking about promoting leadership in the company, then maybe you aren't aware that our development heads, management team members and a few senior managers have all been promoted in-house over a period of time. We recognize talent and we also want to hone their natural skill & ability.
The management has its ears on the ground at almost all times and they discuss matters of even junior (both in terms of tenure & grade) folks whenever there is an opportunity for resolution. Unfortunately, not all demands can be met!
