Pros
One gets the chance to interact and learn from department heads and portfolio managers who are veterans in the industry. The company promotes culture building (modern and positive working environment), cross trainings and encourage individuals to continuously expand their skill sets. I am grateful for the opportunity that has been given to me.
Cons
Not for someone who needs "spoon-feeding" and wants to keep his job structured, simple to sail through time because there are times when employees job scope is not well defined.
