      I love that Kano is remote-first and has great benefits. My work/life balance is great, and I feel like my voice is heard when making decisions and my career.

      Cons

      Being on a smaller team, you are wearing quite a few hats, and it can be a lot to manage at times.

      Pros

      The work culture is really good. The people are nice and empathetic. There is a lot of responsibility since it's a smaller company and you can learn a lot.

      Cons

      None so far. I've had a good experience here.

      Team cohesion is good despite the challenges of remote work.

      Nothing comes to mind, as everyone is approachable and any issue is resolved quickly.
