Pros

Work alongside a number of very talented people.

Cons

A CEO with the attention span of a goldfish whose only concern is for his own rhetoric and who instantly forgets about every new product that's been pushed out before it was ready since he's already chasing the next big thing. Long term customer satisfaction doesn't even enter the equation. This leads to a toxic upper management circle where everyone is chasing their own interests.

Firstly it is nice to hear that you feel the team is full of talented people. We are a young company and much has changed and evolved in the 6 years since launch and like many start-ups we are learning and growing. We always aim to put our customers first and provide products and experiences that inspire and wow. We of course have some limitations as many do in the start-up world and on occasion that will require a pivot in our roadmap, this is only ever done with customers in mind. We offer consistent coaching to the whole team including upper management and will take you feedback onboard. Pros

Loads of upwards mobility due to frequent redundancies Buzzing office with great snacks Incredible team members. A truly brilliant group of creatives and makers. There is genuine love among teammates.

Cons

High level of toxicity tolerated within some teams, and perpetuated by the CEO Direction changes every month so it can be hard to keep priorities and focus sorted Scattered team with subpar communications Zeal, or arrogance, to rival any fanatic. The senior team cannot accept that they are not God's gracious gift to mankind
