Pros
Free education, lifelong friendships , The training I recieved was the best however when I left efforts to coach and train had endedq
Cons
I jumped ship last year as I witnessed every positive that had attracted me to KU become a negative. Management has made many unhealthy decisions that have depleted the organization of quality people. When you witness the best leaders and advisors leaving for other companies you know something is wrong. Many advisors have inflated salaries and earn even triple of what newer employees make even if the newer employee out performs. The upside down salaries are known by all and is very demoralizing. Rules and policies change weekly and then change again. People are scared and confused of what happens next and most are seeking employment and searching for other jobs. All it takes is to visit the campus and see the empty parking lot and see rows of empty desks to know that this is not a growing organization. A very , very sad situation because this once was a thriving, happy environment full of loyal and happy advisors.
