Pros
Nothing good to say about this place go back and look how the company responded to some of these reviews and you’ll understand. They are entirely aware of the problems and these reviews and they don’t care. Leadership jokes about it and if you ask for support they joke about you leaving a Glassdoor review to your face.
Cons
Leadership is hostile. They can’t seem to staff this place which is good because this job gave me PTSD and I wouldn’t wish that on anyone. Offices are grossly understaffed, there is no training and no support. New ownership but nothing has changed, only gotten worse. Leadership knows nothing about the job and spends all day forwarding emails to someone else to do the work on, and doing administrative work that an intern could do. They don’t lead, coach, mentor, support, Leadership relies on intimidation and bullying tactics to keep people in line. You might think they seem ok in the beginning, but give it time.
If you have a complaint, your email will sit in that persons inbox forever untouched with no response. You can send ten or more requests and the results will be the same.
I have no idea if the new owners are aware of the level of incompetence at this agency.
