The organization has a culture that, in my experience, lacks transparency and professionalism. Employees often behave courteously in person, but there appears to be a pattern of negative discussions about colleagues behind their backs. This culture seems to exist across multiple levels of the organization. The company also appears to lack a clear long-term vision for growth and innovation. Much of the content and approach have remained largely unchanged for over 15 years, making it difficult for the organization to stay competitive and adapt to evolving market needs. Internal politics are deeply entrenched, extending even to the leadership level. Decision-making often seems to be influenced by personal agendas rather than merit or organizational priorities. A significant amount of influence appears to be concentrated in the hands of one senior individual, and several capable employees have reportedly exited or been removed under circumstances linked to this internal dynamic. Another major concern is the organization's handling of employee compensation. Staff frequently have to repeatedly follow up for salaries, pending arrears, travel reimbursements, other allowances, and even their full-and-final settlement after leaving the company. Payments that should be routine often require persistent reminders, creating unnecessary stress and dissatisfaction. Overall, the work environment is characterized by excessive internal politics, inconsistent people management, and weak employee support systems. These issues have contributed to low morale, high attrition, and a workplace culture that falls short of professional standards.

An organization cannot sustain long-term success by continuously losing experienced employees while ignoring concerns raised by its workforce. Strong institutions are built on merit, fairness, accountability, and competent leadership—not on favoritism, fear, or unquestioning compliance.

Have you ever seen a company terminate almost all the senior employees in the same department while retaining the newer ones, citing reasons such as high salaries and investor decisions? At the same time, there are close to a dozen employees who are drawing much higher salaries, yet they have not been removed. Most of them are of little value to the organization. Earlier, there was a strong leadership team, and the company was performing well. However, under the current leadership, the organization appears to be struggling, with employees being removed every month. Those who are close to the leadership and simply agree with everything they say are retained, while others are shown the door. People who are allegedly taking commissions in every transaction continue to work without any action being taken against them. Employees who misbehave with female colleagues are also still working in the organization, even though the management is aware of these issues.
