Pros
Every volunteer got to work one-on-one with students, which was cool. I would normally work with the same students every week, so I got to know them pretty well. This is a good place to get occupational therapy hours if you want to apply for OT grad programs.
Cons
I felt like the training was minimal and we had to jump right in. I would have felt more comfortable with teaching the kids if I had more training. You do learn eventually how things work, but it would have been nice to have more structured training.
