      Pros

      Depending on the team, there are talented people who are great to work with at the lower levels of the hierarchy.

      Cons

      The management is awful, the ceo has no vision, and they're already laying people off due to AI. The management doesn't appreciate the employees and they are not given opportunities or sufficient compensation (the salaries are a third of sector norms, and everyone is expected to be okay with an HR department that makes zero explanations).
