Technology is sub-par. Many of the developers are definitely towards the junior end of the scale and the codebase reflects this. This may be a plus for developers starting their career. Senior devs beware.
Bait and switch recruiting. Interviewed for job X, made it clear not interested in tech Y. Was placed in both a different role than interviewed for and also working almost exclusively on Y which isn't even on my resume.
This extends to the "great culture" which was very quickly found to be the opposite. Poor communication, office politics, and very quick to provide exaggerated negative feedback over much or nothing.
Very rural town. If you're young and looking for a social life this large downside.
Visual basic. Despite recruiting C#. Absolutely no mention of such until after hire. Misleading.
