      Low pay No growth No benefits Basic (3) sick days Strict hours that must be adhered to or pay will be docked 30 minutes for lunch (unpaid) - 2x 15 min breaks (paid) Overtime not paid, but compensated by time off Toxic management No organization Everything is "ASAP"

      Pros

      Working at Karmin taught me how to be on my feet as I faced many challenges that I overcame with the support of my team and my supervisor. They’re always willing to help and they never judge you. Questions are always encouraged. They always have sweets all year long and a kitchen full of goodies for everyone. You will always feel special on your birthday. Overall enjoyed my experience there.

      In my personal experience there I did not really experience any downsides. I enjoyed my time there but had to move on.
