      Pros

      Technology and a mission you can be proud of. The people at Kaspersky are generally great. The career path is good if you stay within the US roles. Eugene's passion.

      Cons

      Current geopolitical situation (Hopefully this can be resolved) HQ not understanding US roles or market completely. Lack of resources to chase the big projects. Lack of truly strategic long term planning. (This is where the product carries the company) Re-org after Re-org Ambiguity and lack of support for a role when moved to Global function.
