1. Expect to be overworked and exploited. They demand 15-hour workdays, 7 days a week, and call it "startup culture." In reality, it’s just pure exploitation. 2. Miserable work environment. The team is barely holding on. Almost everyone is frustrated, but management is either clueless or just doesn’t care. 3. Late salaries & non-existent F&F. Salary gets credited after the 15th of the month—if you're lucky. Forget about your full and final settlement when you leave. 4. Zero tolerance for feedback. Management only wants "yes-men." Try giving honest feedback, and you'll bruise their fragile egos. 5. Weekend harassment. CTO and CEO will spam-call you on weekends about bugs you never even worked on—talking to you like you're their personal servant. 6. HR is a joke. The most manipulative and unprofessional HR team ever. They sugarcoat everything but disappear when you actually need them.
