At KATE innovations, I had the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with close communications with the directors. This meant that I was able to have direct interactions with the company's founders, which was both an exciting and challenging experience. On the one hand, being able to communicate directly with the leadership team allowed for quick decision-making and a greater sense of involvement in the company's operations. On the other hand, this direct communication could sometimes lead to misunderstandings and ineffective communication due to the founders' busy schedules and differing priorities. Despite these challenges, KATE innovations provided ample opportunities for learning and growth. The company encouraged and supported employees' professional development, which was a valuable aspect of the job. I was able to take on new challenges and responsibilities, which allowed me to gain new skills and knowledge that have been beneficial for my career. One area that could have been improved, however, was the salary. While the company offered a competitive salary, it was not as high as other companies in the industry. This could be a drawback for some employees who may be looking for a more financially rewarding position. However, for me, the learning opportunities and job satisfaction made up for the lower salary. Overall, my experience at KATE innovations was challenging but rewarding. The close communication with the directors provided unique insights into the company's operations, and the learning opportunities were invaluable.

Zeer hoge personeels wisselingen aangaande development, er word vast gehouden aan een 'Big data hero' die totaal geen kennis heeft betreft software / applicatie development. Vooruitgang en verbeteringen aan applicatie word oa door 'Big data hero' bemoeilijkt, en lijkt ten alle tijde te worden gesteund door het management Collega's met dubbel agenda zodat eigen onkunde gemaskeerd word. Word en gesteund in hun leugens door managent, zelfs bij aantonen van hun leugens. Selectief handelen op dieet/persoonlijke wensen betreft nuttiging voedsel. VB voor een specifieke vegetarische collega word er vegetarische eten geregeld, echter voor de collega die geen varkens- en of rundvlees nuttigt is er niks geregeld, ook voor andere vegetarische collega's is er geen alternatief geregeld
