Pros
Small company, family atmosphere, decent hours, standard paycheck. Can be rewarding and fun at times.
Cons
Was a fun small company with great benefits. Everything changed when sold to a large investment company. Lots more work with same pay and horrible benefits. Many unhappy employees that have given 20 plus years to Katena. Depends on department, unfair rules for some but not for others. Little opportunity for advancement.
