Pros
I started at Kaweb four weeks ago after a swift and painless interview process. I have been warmly welcomed in to the Kaweb family including all roles from management, to development and especially my team (digital marketing). The director, Paul, oversees the whole business and has made sure to see I have settled in and have any questions I have answered. He ensures that we all work hard, yet have a stress-free day in the office and that our needs are catered for to ensure a productive day (e.g. air con, the sonos music system and fantastic hot/cold water dispenser!!) After studying at uni over two years ago and only really having 'inbetween' jobs after graduating, I was delighted to be offered a job that is related to what I studied. After telling my managers what skills I like to use most, my work load has currently been tailored to what I enjoy, along with training me (with patience and understanding in a fun way from Adam, digital marketing manager ) into learning new skills. Management made it clear to me that I could progress at Kaweb within months, something that is very reassuring and gives me something to aim towards. I have thoroughly enjoyed working here so far and know that I will continue to do so.
Cons
The only shop in walking distance is co-op - not a big issue. I've got nothing bad to say about Kaweb specifically.
