Cons
Ownership is extremely overbearing. Verbally abusive and non-existent at times. Extremely brash and clueless as to what is really effecting his poor quality issues. Has the mentality that no one is truly doing enough yet has no idea what it actually takes to create a positive, defect free, goal orientated manufacturing atmosphere. No idea or improvement is good enough unless it's his own. Veteran employees are more like hall monitors who take great joy in watching your every move as if you are a criminal just so they can report back to ownership. It seems as if they get some sick pleasure in reporting back to the owner. If they'd only put as much effort into their own daily tasks as they do others, it's possible the company can become what it once was, a leader in defect free, high quality precision machines parts.
