Nothing much to be honest

Several points to mention 1) Firstly, Office location is too far from the city. (Located in ECIL. 30KM from Madhapur). 2) Not much importance for frontend web developer even if you have sound knowledge and technical skills. ( Think before accepting the offer letter ). 3) The most irritating thing is you have to wait for your turn to take lunch in the afternoon, Because the dinning room (small conference room for 4 seating ) very small and management don't even care of that. 4) And the salary part, You will get the salary on 7th every month which is not mentioned in the interview process. 5) Continued, The salary calculation is pretty funny here. Usually you will find this type of calculation in manufacturing industries. 6) Saturday working. No work rather than playing cricket and UNO game. you won't allow to take leave and people were tied asking holiday on Saturday (Atleast on 2nd and 4th saturday). 7) Your time in office will calculated every single minute ( God this is not CALL CENTER job ) 8) Finally, You won't learn much instead repeating the same work for every project that you handle.

Well to get knowledge, Back end Team lead's are very supportive and share well knowledge to colengs how are join as a freshers Or experience.

Salery composition is less. Saturday is a working day.
