Pros
You are given some flexibility in your work schedule once you prove that you can meet deadlines and get the work done.
Cons
When my last project was finished, they were not able to get me another assignment so they ended up laying me off after 2 weeks "on the bench". Also, superior job performance is not adequately compensated because the annual raises has a very narrow range: 1% to 3%.
