      Pay is lacking for how much you have to do also have multiple osha violations as well as a toxic warehouse Forman an company owner completely ignores any complants

      Pros

      Straight forward company. Not a lot of surprises day to day. Management is open to new ideas and is easy to talk with.

      Cons

      Small staff so if things do go wrong you may not have the support you need. Tension based on normal small business worries. Nothing outstanding however.
