Poor company to work for - Anonymous employee Keeler Employee Review

The company does not care about employees and lets go of experienced and skilled people very easily to safe a couple of pounds. Benefits are non-existent and the general attitude toward investing in employees is very poor. Newly employed staff has no or very little training but is expected to perform as old crew. Performance review is conducted yearly but does not contribute to the annual pay rise which is minute and not discussable. Poor management on the senior level that translates into misunderstanding and confusion.
