We strongly disagree with the claims made in this review, as they do not reflect the reality of Keeper Security or the experience of our employees. Allegations of intimidation, retaliation or favoritism are incorrect and not aligned with how we operate at a core level.
Keeper maintains an open-door policy at all levels of the organization, and employees are encouraged to raise concerns directly with HR or leadership without fear of retaliation. Decisions related to performance, promotion and separation are made thoughtfully and with care, not arbitrarily or as described here.
