Pros

My pay was decent and I liked my manager. The office was really clutch and there were always good snacks in the kitchen.

Cons

Keeper was terrible to me. Every Monday morning team call with the CEO cultivated bouts of routine nausea. Speaking to him was truly dreadful. He never let me finish a single sentence when talking to him, EVER. NOT. ONCE. Both the CEO and CTO are s0ciop@ths who wouldn't notice your deteriorating mental health or provide you with recognition as an individual if their lives depended on it. They frequently employ humiliation tactics aimed at gouging more hours of work from employees, which can be embarrassingly effective. Tenured, loyal staff members can be fired in a moment's notice based on the CEO's mood. I cried my eyes out every other week because of the insanely toxic working conditions cultivated in this company. Avoid this fate by searching for employment elsewhere.

At Keeper, we do not engage in unconstructive dialogue. Mental health is not a topic that should be used ostentatiously. We reject these harassing statements that are inconsistent with Glassdoor’s Community Guidelines. We vehemently defend our culture and our people.

Pros

I’m loving the entrepreneurial environment !

Cons

Not much to complain about. If you’re not used to entrepreneurial, fluid environments, it will not be for you.

Pros

The team members were one of the best parts of working here. They were knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to help each other. Many of my coworkers genuinely cared about doing great work and creating a positive experience for customers.

Cons

Unfortunately, the work environment created by management was the complete opposite. There was a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inconsistent leadership. Managers often created unnecessary stress rather than supporting employees, and concerns raised by staff were frequently ignored. I also witnessed and experienced behavior that felt intimidating and, at times, crossed the line into harassment. Instead of addressing these issues, management often dismissed them or failed to take appropriate action. This created a toxic culture where employees felt uncomfortable speaking up and morale suffered.
