Pros

Amazing technology, hard work ethic, dynamic mindset

Cons

Childish culture, not western friendly, hyrarchical management, Chinese mentality is not open minded at all and very difficult to talk to. Acctually thwy dont like talking at all and are very anti-social. They work in weekends and also long hours. They expect uou to work after working hours. They are very hidden and not clear and transparent. They are not trustworthy and culturally very particular. They have no idea about the market and middle east. I would not recommend!

Pros

Working hours are flexible and not so long.

Cons

You cannot learn anything to become a true BD Executive or Manager here. There are zero marketing or PR skills involved. They just want you to hit targets, no matter how you sell. It's so bad that I heard people literally have to beg for sales. It's really awful and poor.

Good technology, albeit difficult to use and mostly in Chinese

Cons

Awful, disrespectful culture Almost impossible to achieve results as everything requires endless conversations and decisions No work from home/flexible working Old fashioned and hierarchical Zero autonomy Recruitment and hiring managers lie about your role to get you to accept the offer Lack of transparency Massive bias towards Chinese employees. Only Chinese employees are respected and listened to. Only issues raised by Chinese colleagues are investigated and the outcome is always in their favour. Slow pace of work Obsession with automating every process Employees are treated like numbers - Managers and HR don't care about personal issues
