Pros

Good leadership, generally helpful and friendly work culture more interested in bringing one another up to speed rather than tearing one another down for falling behind. Good people

Cons

Overall generally poor pay rate with some technical skilled roles still paying barely above minimum wage

Pros

Some benefits like gym, pension scheme, cycle to work. Work life balance is a plus.

Cons

Very difficult environment if you are not part of the pre-existing social or family circles. You can feel managers dont get along well by constant gossiping and eye turning. If they see you talking to someone who they dont get along well they will ignore you for a while . The company culture is heavily divided into cliques, and lower leadership (managers, supervisors, team leaders ) only communicate effectively within their own circles. It creates an alienating atmosphere where hard work goes unnoticed while favoritism dictates who succeeds. Mediocrity is awarded as long as you are managers friend. Salary is usually minimum wage or just above minimum depending on a department. It goes up after 1 , 3 and 5 years by a small amount.

Pros

People commit to Kefron for a reason; they feel valued, heard and are given the space to shine. If the ambition is there, the support is available. Having worked in ruthless corporates and PE-backed companies, I can say with confidence that Kefron is a better opportunity to achieve good outcomes - both professionally and personally.

Cons

Achieving major growth by using private shareholder funds isn’t always easy as hard choices have to be made. However, it’s the better long-term approach in this case.
