Pros
Nice products, a few good people to work with, good atmosphere when all things go smoothly, good opportunities for development for inexperienced new starters like students or just young people, travelling opportunities for who likes travelling.
Cons
Little direction from senior management, serious lack of communication between departments, stressful environment, bullying in an office environment, staff getting away with being disrespectful to the other members of staff, honesty doesn't seem to be the best policy, business vision is not very clear, hectic environment to work in.
