The company did not have a sustainable business plan as their conception was solely based on the main source of one client

It is hard for me to consider any positive reviews as unfortunately I did not have a positive experience my time at this company.

there is no structure or organization. because everything is so heavily reliant on the client, this company doesn’t truly look out for one another. it is a toxic work environment as many people are often speaking about coworkers behind their backs and there is a fire every day to put out. It isn’t conducive to the growth of anyone but the client. no trainings or personal development was even discussed through my tenure.
