Upper management listened to their workings. Rod and Hector were very customer service oriented and believed in the product. Immediate manager was awesome too! Great memories, got to learn a lot about the business and the people. Positive environment. No perfect, but that is why you have managers etc.

Wages don't compete with simple min wage increases in the area. They pump you full of moral with promise of growth early on, but there is zero concern for morale/growth in actual practice. They go to great lengths for safety training yet ask you stack boxes(50lb on average) to as high as your hairline. In some scenarios over your head. Also stores are ran on a skeleton crew which is stressful considering the turn-over and call-outs.
