Pros

work atmosphere. very friendly colleagues who live by the values of the company.

Cons

The founders who believe they are the smartest guys on earth given the wealth they have accumulated. HR service is another con because the founders do not believe in its value irrespective of what they always claimed.

Pros

Working at KellyDeli has been an amazing experience. The company culture and values are truly unique, and the structure within the organization is impressive. The best part of the company is definitely the people. Everyone is always willing to help, support, and guide you, which creates a collaborative and positive working environment. You really feel part of a team that cares about both professional and personal growth. It is also a company that encourages development, ownership, and continuous improvement, which makes the work very motivating and rewarding.

Cons

As the business in Mexico is still relatively new, many processes still depend heavily on Europe, which can sometimes create challenges related to time zones and response times. However, the teams are always supportive and willing to find solutions together.

Pros

Working at KellyDeli has been a very positive experience. The company stands out for its strong values, especially respect, collaboration, and commitment to quality. The team is one of the biggest strengths — supportive, approachable, and always willing to help, which creates a great working environment. I also really appreciate the flexibility and the level of trust given to employees. There is a good level of autonomy, which helps maintain a healthy work-life balance and encourages both personal and professional growth.

Cons

Although it is a large global company, the local structure is relatively small, which can sometimes make career progression a bit slower.
