I never seem to be miserable at work like other jobs I’ve had. Management is good and seems to care about the individual from what I have seen. Benefits are very good. Company promotes growth in the field including putting you in a machinist apprentice course if you choose to do so.
Cons
Pay seems to be based off longevity more than skill or work ethic. People that worked here for 5 years and do the bare minimum get paid more than newer workers that do 3x as much work.
