-Large and Professional Organization, but still gives the new employees help and consideration -Friendly Management - CEO and on down wants all employees to excel and succeed -Even with the Covid Pandemic going on- good communication and safety precautions are happening.
Cons
-With the Covid Pandemic, training and on-boarding are going slower than expected -And as most businesses are experiencing with Covid; we are not able to meet and collaborate with our co-workers.
