learning Better crowd If you are joining as a fresher,Only thing you can get is little bit learning. But starting your career with this salary will harm your financial growth.So better opt this only when you are experienced.

low salary High deductions- CTC & Take home salary difference Cost of food is high comparing to quality Work load is too high No recreational activities for employees, monotonus env Expectations are too higher than the salary & employee benefits they give. Lots of favoritism is prevalent Slow to no growth, might get promotion in 1-2 yrs only if in good books of higher authorities. Or else wait for minimum 3-4 years even with lots of hardwork. Location is too far from the main city
