Very poorly managed- Managers are unwilling to deal with conflict from employees that have been there for 10+ years. Community is toxic- Employees name call and bully. Management turns a blind eye or will tell you that you are imagining the situations in which it is happening. Pay is barely above minimum wage- Getting a raise of more than .50¢ is near impossible. No HR to talk with so if your manager (or owner) is out of line you are left feeling as if there is no one to support you. Most employees are related to the owners family in some way so when there is a problem it’s impossible to get it resolved. Management behaves like children. Management also believes that the happiness of the employees comes second best to that of the profits of the store. High turnover rate Men receive higher raises on average than women. Employees that have been there for a long length of time are given a pass on their behavior on and off the sales floor. No security and an employee was held at gun point by a robber once.
