Pros
Good Engineering team and interesting/challenging projects. Good place to work with no concerns about job security. There are many excellent team members in the office. Would readily recommend this employer.
Cons
Severe division between hourly & salary employees, which has lead to an occasionally hostile environment. Sadly, the hourly employees are treated like cattle and cut at the drop of a hat.
