Pros

I joined Kenko AI a couple of years ago as a CSM and today I’m leading a team, which honestly says a lot about how the company operates and trusts its people. One thing I really appreciate is the ownership here. You’re not micromanaged, you’re given independent projects and trusted to figure things out. That trust pushes you to step up and do better work. The pace is definitely fast, but in a good way. There’s always something happening, and if you’re willing to take initiative, you can grow pretty quickly. It never feels stagnant. Also, the team is very open to feedback. It’s not just “we’ll take it into consideration”, you actually see changes being made. That makes you feel like your voice matters. Overall, it’s been a great place to learn, take on responsibility, and grow over time.

Pros

The team is incredibly supportive and there’s a strong focus on collaboration and team building, which makes it easy to feel welcomed right away. Leadership really prioritizes setting employees up for success with the right training, resources, and ongoing support. I also really appreciate that they offer a wellness day and genuinely care about work life balance. It’s refreshing to be part of a company that values both performance and people.

Cons

Pros

- Great culture for teaching you the ropes of sales, while also enabling you to freelance and figure it out. There is no micromanagement which is a huge PLUS - Very great culturally for those who will put in the effort

Cons

None, the company is currently growing and in a great way. A new SVP has been added and she's a rockstar for enablement and genuinely takes the time to make sure everything is correct
