Pros

1. Not too much pressure: Probably because even the leadership doesn't know what to do 2. Few people in the company are good but they don't really have a say in anything

Cons

The list won't end 1. Super egoistic CEO who has no experience and acts like the king and all his employees are slaves. 2. God knows what the company is upto. Can't take simple decisions. 3. Too much talking. Hardly any execution. 4. No humanisation. Try making a simple request. No one will even bother discussing it. 5. People are fired like it's a child's play. 6. Zero learning here.

Thank you for your input here. We understand your feelings even though the review is not objective. We understand that the transition from work from home to a hybrid environment didn't meet your preference. But we would take this moment to share why it was done: - To help the team integrate better - To have more meaningful work relationships - To get more done in less time All this is essential for an early-stage startup like Bookee to have a great outcome for everyone who works here. This is the reason every employee irrespective of the level is granted ESOPs in Bookee. We understand that one team had strong objections to not following the hybrid policy shared 3 months ahead. But making exceptions for one team or specific individuals is unfair to other teams. It also defeated the purpose of integrating all team members and boosting camaraderie. Bookee overwhelmingly met this objective therefore we stand by the decision. Besides this, it's critical to highlight that Bookee operated with a high level of trust in its employees, but that doesn't mean a specific team or few people did not engage in multiple employments, moon-lighting, damaging company assets, miscommunicating with clients, and more.

Pros

I joined Kenko AI a couple of years ago as a CSM and today I’m leading a team, which honestly says a lot about how the company operates and trusts its people. One thing I really appreciate is the ownership here. You’re not micromanaged, you’re given independent projects and trusted to figure things out. That trust pushes you to step up and do better work. The pace is definitely fast, but in a good way. There’s always something happening, and if you’re willing to take initiative, you can grow pretty quickly. It never feels stagnant. Also, the team is very open to feedback. It’s not just “we’ll take it into consideration”, you actually see changes being made. That makes you feel like your voice matters. Overall, it’s been a great place to learn, take on responsibility, and grow over time.

Cons

Pros

The team is incredibly supportive and there’s a strong focus on collaboration and team building, which makes it easy to feel welcomed right away. Leadership really prioritizes setting employees up for success with the right training, resources, and ongoing support. I also really appreciate that they offer a wellness day and genuinely care about work life balance. It’s refreshing to be part of a company that values both performance and people.

Cons

no cons its been a great experience
