Cons
At some point CFO decided firm was worth more milking dead product lines with contractors instead of investing in talents and trying to develop markets. Revolving door at CEO as CFO tries to cash out. All Regional Managers seem to be looking for a fight... Low trust environment! Stay away from managers and focus on clients.
