Where to start...... 1. poor leadership that does not acknowledge problems. 2. little to no communication 3. no direction for reps- (What insurance is ACTUALLY paying not just approved, is medicare paying in the Macs, is there a speciality actually get paid, etc) 4. Regional Directors do not add value to reps. Most of them are sitting back, not traveling, collecting a paycheck. 5. terrible culture that is extremely toxic. 6. Low salary for reps 7. I've never been with a company that messes with peoples money more. Commission is always messed up, clawbacks, not paying out competitions, etc
