Pay package is more equity heavy-I kinda like this but for some it can be an issue.

There are very few pros. The lab staff was incredible & always fun to be around.

Management sets unrealistic expectations & are untrustworthy. A lot of false promises to the board & staff. Work/life balance is nonexistent. The continuation of not hiring women as part of their leadership. We deserve a voice as well. There is near desperation to restore the reputation of the company with these other false reviews. *Take note at who are writing these raving reviews i.e. management
