      Pros

      Everyone working at Kerogen is extremely intelligent and talented at what they do. The management is great and everyone is driven for the success of the company.

      Cons

      The company is still getting its feet wet, so they have to cut some corners in the office. As an intern, this wasn't a problem for me, but I think that a large portion of some people's salaries were paid in stock.

      Pros

      The pay rate was ideal. Having a bachelors degree definitely helped in earning this type of salary. Great working environment. Tight nit office environment. Great experience from senior employees.

      Cons

      Was only a 3 month contract. Did not get hired on as a permanent employee. Also the commute to the office was not ideal.
