Everyone working at Kerogen is extremely intelligent and talented at what they do. The management is great and everyone is driven for the success of the company.

The company is still getting its feet wet, so they have to cut some corners in the office. As an intern, this wasn't a problem for me, but I think that a large portion of some people's salaries were paid in stock.
