      Salary on time is the only pros

      Cons

      # No work life balance # 12 hrs duty is minimum every day # New employees unable to survive in toxic culture resigning so quickly no RCA on this thing why people are leaving # Hiring getting hold for 6 months # No new learning # No work of HR for employees welfare # Worst food facilities # No cab facility for staff # Only operator are treated like God # For any small mistake u have to write letter # Shift incharge only closing safety points in shifts NVA activity

      Pros

      There really isn't much idle time. Plenty of work orders and PM's to do each shift.

      Cons

      No advancement, None. The company has been through several hiring freezes, and most departments are short handed. It has been a revolving door. Instead of filling the positions they have just doubled the workload on the employees.
