Demotivated and drained due to 24 hrs standby to support operation even you are on leave and MC. 6. Insufficient fund to manage old, faulty and to upgrade equipments 7. Demanding and expectations beyond realistic 8. Culture: Everyone goes back at 7 to 8pm and some later even though working hours is to 5.30pm 9. Traditonal and backwards technology 10. Lack of proper system and IT expertise to support databases 11. Laptops operate in Microsoft 2007, intel core i3 - laptops keep hanging 12. Operating procedures is never updated due to ever changing specification and high turnover If you are a family man or wanted a work life balance, this company is not for you.
