I have fantastic coworkers that are amazing to work with.
Cons
The trauma unit is very very physically demanding and CNAs take on 8-12 patients on average. On a given 12 hour shift I sit and chart between for about 30 minutes because I'm in bouncing back and forth otherwise. Definitely feels like a factory and just a number as far as the largest hospital goes.
