Great Training Program - Leasing Consultant Kettler Employee Review

Pay was great, management was awesome, great working environment.

The commute from home was awful.

There is absolutely no pros if you have a micromanager at the helm.

Micromanager-expects you to manage contracts and get the needed training yourself. Whole company teleworks except contracts department. Favoritism toward certain employees. There are set work hours. Like being in a kindergarten class with a mean and inept teacher. No training, horrible work environment, and horrible manager. It is not really a Contract Administrator job but a purchasing job.
